How I approach AI projects
Find the friction, decide the right level of automation (some tasks should be automated, some AI-assisted, some kept human), build the workflow, test it against how the business really works, and measure the result — time saved, steps removed, response times improved.
Responsible AI
Useful AI is not just about what can be automated — it also means knowing what should stay human: customer and confidential data, accuracy and verification, human oversight, privacy and data protection, and operational risk. The aim is practical adoption without unnecessary risk.
